BUSINESS HEADSHOTS AND BRANDING SESSIONS

Whether you need a single polished headshot or a full branding session with multiple looks, Don Polo Photography makes it fast, simple, and professional. We work with individuals, teams, and companies across Utah — including the Utah State Senate, House of Representatives, Capitol Building staff, and providers at Granger Medical — to create headshots that build trust and credibility from the first impression.

A single headshot session takes about 15 minutes — perfect for a quick LinkedIn or business card update. Branding sessions run about an hour and include multiple looks and outfit changes, giving you a range of images for your website, marketing, and social media.

Images are typically delivered within 2 business days of choosing your favorites, so you're never waiting long to put your new photos to work.

On-site sessions available for teams and offices — ideal for new hire photos or company-wide headshot days, with no need for staff to leave the office.

Basic Business Session $185

A basic version of our standard business session. Includes 1 retouched digital file and licensing use of the images. Makeup is not included in these sessions, so please come makeup ready. Plan about 20 minutes for this session. Add $100 for on location session.

Standard Business Session $285

Our classic headshot session. Includes up to 2 looks, 1 retouched file, up to 5 additional high resolution files , licensing use for the images, and optional clothing changes. Retouching is available for $35 per file. Makeup is not included in these sessions, so please come makeup ready. Plan about 30 minutes for this session. Add $100 for on location session.

Deluxe Business Session $485

Our deluxe business headshot session includes up to 4 looks, 4 retouched digital files, up to 15 additional high resolution files, licensing use for the images, and optional clothing changes. Makeup is not included in this session so please come makeup ready. Plan about 1 hour for this session. Add $150 for on location session.

Deluxe Branding Session $1500

Our deluxe branding session includes everything you need to get your business going. As many looks or clothing changes as you can get into the time allowed are included in this package as well as 10 retouched digital files, 10 custom 8x10 prints, up to 40 high resolution digital files, and licensing use of the images. Additional retouching is available for $35 per file. Makeup is not included in this session so please come makeup ready. Plan about 2 hours. Add $200 for on location session.
